I seem to have no problem maintaining but I need to start exercising to see a loss....I've been saying this for three months. DD is being admitted into the Cleveland Clinic on March 12th and they will be keeping her for three days of testing and observation. All of the meds we have tried the last few weeks have made no difference so we have been up at night doing breathing treatments. My goal for the month is to just follow SBD eating.

We got 14" of snow last night and everything is closed including stores and roads. Gonna be a tough day cause I'm going to want to pick at things.

We have now gotten a total of 18" of snow and I doubt I'll be able to get out of the house again today. If I can get out I'm planning on going to the gym. I did really well yesterday and the only illegal thing I had was about 6 baked Cheetos.
