B - Fiber One w/Light Soy Milk
     Hard Boiled Egg
     Low Sodium V8


S - Orange
      Light String Cheese


L - Bean Soup
     Cucumber Salad
     Red Pepper Strips


S - 1/2 cup Light Soy Milk w/splash of SF maple syrup


D - Baked Chicken Strips
     Zucchini Hash Browns
     Green Beans    


S - Microwaved Apple w/applepie spice
