Breakfast: 1 C ff plain yogurt, 1 C spicy V-8
Snack: 1 serving 3 bean chili
Lunch: reuben burger w/ sauerkraut, 1/2 oz swiss
Snack: 1 C ff plain yogurt, 1 serving frozen mixed fruit
Dinner: "Cuban" open faced sandwiches--6 Kavli Thin Crisp breads, mayo/mustard/garlic mixture, 3 oz smoked pork loin roast, 1 1/2 oz ham, 1 1/2 oz swiss, 3 pickle slices, 1/2 lb asparagus w/ olive oil and kosher salt
Snack: Wendy's caesar side salad w/ no croutons or bacon bits, 1/2 packet dressing, 1 square Hershey's 65% cacao chocolate
Veg: 5 1/2 C
Grains: 1
Fruits: 1
Was in a hurry to get to work this morning so I didn't take much for breakfast, but luckily I still had some chili in the freezer here at work to snack on to hold me over until lunch.
Didn't get to have the sweet potato fries because they ended up sticking and burning due to the old pan I used. The asparagus was great, though.

Snack: 1 1/2 C sauteed asparagus and grape tomatoes, 1/2 oz fresh mozzarella
Dinner: pork loin roast, 1 C romaine, 1/2 C homemade relish, homemade ww tortilla, 1/2 serivng steel cut oatmeal, 3/4 oz cheese
Snack: 6 oz ff yogurt w/ cheesecake pudding mixed in, 1/2 C blueberries
Snack: 1 C 1% milk, 1 hershey's 65% dark cacao reserve chocolate

Lunch: 4 Kavli thin crisps, 1 serving tuna salad, mixed greens, red onion, 1 serving pistachios
Snack: ff yogurt

Dinner: 1 serving thai peanut "noodles" made w/ shirataki, raspberry "cheesecake"
