Saturday, March 1st
Breakfast:
2 scrambled eggs
1 slice WW toast
Coffee with skim milk
Morning Snack:
Dried apricots
Lunch:
Wasas topped with MS recipe crumbles and provolone cheese (1 slice cheese total)
Red pepper strips dipped in ranch
Glass of V8
Afternoon Snacks:
SF/FF latte
Kashi TLC bar
Dinner:
Restaurant meal - salad with balsamic dressing; grilled scallops with homemade guacamole and 3 homemade tortilla chips. This was a great meal!
Exercise/Activity:
I made it to the gym on a weekend, which I don't always do! 20 minutes elliptical, followed by miscellaneous upper and lower body weights.

MS sausage patty on a WW mini bagel with ½ slice RF provolone cheese

Lunch:
Half of a leftover beef enchilada
Red pepper strips dipped in hummus
Glass of V8
Two clementines
Afternoon Snack:
Glass of Soy Slender
Dinner:
Will be another restaurant meal.

I'm feeling much better today, but eating still probably won't be up to par.
Sorry your sick. Hope you feel better soon. Don't forget to drink plenty of water so you don't get dehydrated.
