The weekend is not off to a great start. I'm having a lot of problems with bloating and gas (not as much of the smelly kind as the puffing up my whole stomach kind). I need to start keeping track of when this happens. I am lactose intolerant and have IBS but SBD-eating usually keeps those in check as long as I avoid dairy or take a Lactaid pill when I have some yogurt. But it's been bad recently. Think the bean soups may be the culprit but I have them so often that you would think my body would get used to it!
Also, I did not get enough sleep last night and DH is sick. :(
Today's weight: 138.2 (totally bloated)
Challenge goal weight: 135
Goal weight: 130 or less
B: I couldn't eat for two hours after I woke up so day is a bit off. 2 eggs scrambled w/MS crumbles, coffee w/soy milk, apple

D: we may go out but I doubt it with how DH is feeling
workout: 45 minutes on the elliptical hopefully (may need to nap first)

Wanted to let you know that I also have IBS and beans bother me BIG time~
What a mess my weekend has been!
I am feeling better today and I even made it to the gym for a 45 minute elliptical session yesterday although I might have pushed it a little too much.
