SATURDAY, MARCH 1st
Only 18 days til my birthday! I told the kids I'm going to count down every day so that they know how many days they have left to buy my present... ;o)
BREAKFAST: 2 blueberry cottage cheese pancakes w/ blueberry sauce; 3 slices turkey bacon; SF/FF vanilla latte
SNACK:
LUNCH: (cheat--at the mall with DD) MaidRite; a few fries
SNACK:
DINNER: flank steak w/ caramelized onions & balsamic glaze; roasted veggies (TONS)
SNACK:
EXERCISE: 5 hours of shopping!

DINNER: Mushroom Barley Soup; Triscuits (too many grains today!)

EXERCISE: 10 minutes stairs (youch!); pilates for abs

WEDNESDAY, MARCH 5th
After the craziness of last week (storms, school delays/closings, etc.), I decided I would take some time for myself and go shopping after taking the kids to school this morning. But I'm so darn picky I couldn't find anything I liked for myself!! Except for one thing--the new BioFit bra at Victoria's Secret--LOVE it! I had a card for $10 off any purchase, so I got myself one of those...think I'll have to go back and get another one!
BREAKFAST: steel cut oatmeal w/ soymilk, PB

BREAKFAST: 5 Grain & flax cereal w/ yogurt, soymilk & fruit; SF/FF vanilla latte
SNACK:
LUNCH: leftover Five-Spice Pork Tenderloin w/ hoisin sauce; sauteed spinach w/ garlic
SNACK: 3 mini WW pitas w/ hummus; banana
DINNER: WW wrap w/ leftover tenderloin & tons of veggies
SNACK:
EXERCISE: 20 min TM (my ankle has been killing me the past few days);

WEDNESDAY, MARCH 12th
BREAKFAST: yogurt w/ PB & splenda; SF/FF vanilla latte
SNACK:
LUNCH: split pea & ham soup; a few Triscuits
SNACK: banana; SF hot cocoa
DINNER: turkey spanakopita burger; sauteed zucchini & yellow squash; 2 glasses of white merlot
SNACK: none
