Well, really bad way to ring in the month. Had a busy, busy weekend -- by leaving home Saturday at 9:00 a.m. and not returning until 11:00 p.m. Sunday, leaving home at 7:00 a.m. not returning until 4:00.
While I did not cheat at all, I didn't get in close to half my food on Saturday and Sunday was a little better. Water not good either. Exercise was good -- loads of walking.
So, I'll post the truth, and today is a brand new day!
Saturday
Breakfast
1 cup ff cottage cheese
Coffee
Only other meal of the day
Nice big salad (Applebee's) Grilled chicken, nice assortment of greens, Granny Smith Apple -- blue cheese crumbles. Held the sugar coated walnuts.
Sugar free gum -- 4 pieces
Water -- 2 16 oz bottles, plus 3/4 of a 20 oz glass = less than 45 oz -- wow, half of my normal
Sunday
Breakfast
1 c ff cottage cheese
SB cereal bar
Lunch
2 lf cheese sticks, 2 slices thin ham
1 fruit apricots
Dinner
Sauteed veggies w/ roasted chicken. sprinkle of parm cheese
Apple
2 grains - spelt pretzels w/mustard
Water
4 x 20 oz + 1/4 of a 20 oz = 85 oz.

1/2 c split pea soup w/1 cu sauteed veggies (peppers, onions, zucchini)
1 grain triscuit crackers
Yogurt
snack
granny smith apple
Dinner
Omelet - 1 egg, 1 egg beaters
2 slices ff cheese
Sauteed onions, peppers, zucchini (about 2 cups)
Dried apricots
Water - 3 x 16.9 oz + 2 x 20 oz glasses = over 100 oz water today
Wednesday, March 5
Breakfast
1 c ff cottage cheese
Lunch
Veggie soup w/ beans
1 grain triscuit
yogurt
Snack
Apple
2 grains spelt pretzels w/ mustard
Dinner
Big salad w/lf feta, dressing
Gardenburger Portabello burger
Yogurt
Dried Apricots
Water - 3 x 16.9 oz + 2 - 20 oz glasses = 90 oz
Thursday, March 6.

OK -- should've never posted that I thought I had a chest cold, with nothing in my head.
I've got Airborne on hand -- always do because of airplane travel -- totally forgot about it!
Well, I'm back.
