OK...I forgot that it was no longer February!
Happy Monday! I am too lazy to post my journal from the weekend. Saturday was the bridal shower and dinner out with friends. I had the 'wheat' tea sandwiches, a scone that was actually a nasty biscuit, ana delicious slice of pound cake, and a cookie. I covered my butt with exercise on both days and my weight was actually down. My dinner was SB-friendly so no issues.
I went to the gym at lunch and had my body fat tested...28.1%. I am so excited! I am finally in the acceptable range. The weather is a beautiful 72 degrees today. I wish I could go out and run. I ran over 5k on the treadmill yesterday so I actually can't run today. I finally feel like I am 'back in shape'. I have to find ways to push myself in my workouts rather than my workout automatically pushing me. It's a great feeling!!! Oh...and I am 3lbs away from my original SB goal I set. I know that I will have to keep going to get to the size I want, but it feels good to know that I am so close. YAY!
Weight: 153.0.

Breakfast: 1/2 cup oats cooked w/1 c FF milk, 1 c blueberries, drizzle npb. sf tiramisu/fr vanilla latte (1 c ff milk).
Lunch: ww spaghetti (MS crumbles/turk sausage, pepp/onions). 3/4 c collard greens.
Dinner: Veggie burger on bed of spinach, pepp/onion (no bun). 1.5 c green beans
***May change this if I can get to the grocery store after work.
AM/PM Snacks: 1/2 pink grapefruit, few slices deli thin turkey, 1/2 chipotle cheese stick. apple, npb.
Pre-measured 2 T npb for the day.
Treat: SF gum.
Exercise: 45 min strength/cardio circuit
Water/Fluid Intake: 48 oz (water, crystal light)
