So March is almost over but I figured I might as start one anyway :-)
Yesterday's Goals:
Vitamins
64 oz water
Workout-Cardio?
5 small meals
2 clean meals ALL
Walk on break?
Weigh-in: 187.8, down 2.2 pounds this week (and down 2.4 from Sunday) WooHoooooo!!!!
I did awesome yesterday. I did totally space my vitamin though, LOL. I upped my speed on my run but cut it down to 20 min instead of 30. My head felt like it was going to explode. It felt better last night and so far so good this morning. I am planning on doing a lower body workout today. It has been a couple of weeks since I’ve gotten one in so I am sure I will have to lower all the weights a little. I am sure I will be feeling it in the morning.
