Goal: Move More...Plan exercize the same way I plan my meals.
Goal: Find something motivational each week to help me along my journey.
Goal: Start every day looking at my ah-ha moment dream drawing, remembering my reason, and practice positive self talk.

One Day at a Time
Whatever the goal we're pursuing,
no matter how rugged the climb,
we're certain to get there
by trying our best,
and taking One Day At A Time.

Am up very early for a saturday(6:25am) as I just couldn't lay comfortably. Am hoping for a fairly relaxed day ....am taking the twins to a bday party...no cake for me.....and maybe a movie withDH tonight at home while the kids watch their Nick shows or play the weii.......

not sure I'll eat any more tonight...I'm not feeling well...didn't get everything in today ..at least I ate on program...my stomach hurts...hopefully tomorrow will be better...
