L: Large salad with chickpeas, tuna and olives

D: Eggplant Po' boy on w/w roll, cucumber and tomato salad

I can't believe it's April already! I also can't believe I am at the same weight I was at the start of last month. I refuse to give up though- I have gotten within five pounds of my goal since I started this and I can get there again.

I could agree with you more about the scale Destiny!
I was down to 132 until last spring/summer when I bounced up to 147 (yikes!) due to too many fun

If I could haul my butt out of bed a little earlier, not only could I get my workout over with first thing, but I could also make the type of lovely breakfast you described! Half the time I'm practically flatironing my hair as I run to the car! You are absolutely right though, on the weekends when I take time to make a scramble or a smoothie, they also last me all morning! I think you just gave me another incentive to stop hitting the snooze button!
