I'm thinking about making chicken breast, sauteed with mushrooms & maybe some FF sour cream, cauliflower puree & steamed broccoli with fresh lemon juice, plus a salad, and of course ricotta creme for dessert, maybe banana flavor with pecans.

Dying for a cheeseburger.....lean hamburg and a slice of mozz cheese (less the bread of course!), and a fresh salad with grape tomatoes (YUM!!!) and a mixture of romaine and red leaf lettuce, cucumbers, gr peppers, little bit of shredded mozz cheese on top, with Newman's olive oil and vinegar dressing....YUM! Can't wait!!!

Hi ambyrsmom!

I love a great cheeseburger (sans bun) once in a while. I love to add sauteed mushrooms and onions to it - and then I use those leftovers in omelets for the next few days!

Enjoy!

Still up in the air on planning my dinner tonight...

YUM!!!

Another taco salad for lunch today too! With ground breast of turkey instead of burger this time. YUM!!

Don't you just love this WOE - I don't find it difficult at all, just be sure to change things up a little every now and then, and don't be afraid to try new things! I've fallen in love with summer squash and zucchini, and chili. I never had either before starting SBD!! This site is wonderful for ideas!

Last night on Food TV, Rachel Ray made low carb cheeseburgers with mushrooms. Check out the recipe on the website -- it looked really good.

Hi! We're having indian food tonight: tandoori chicken (chicken marinated overnight in yogurt and tandoori spice mix, then broiled), curried cauliflower (simmered in a store-bought SBD friendly curry sauce), tomatoes, red peppers, bermuda onions, and yogurt with cucumbers cut up in it. I'm on phase 2 and my one little "cheat" here (or someting to use sparingly) is about a tablespoon of mango chutney. I can hardly wait!

Phase 2

We had crockpot pulled-pork with black beans. It was delicious. Thanks Cathy for the recipe!
