Can I have a Chai latte w/ veggie milk?

My favourite coffee shop has started making cappuccinos and lattes with a product called ‘Tayo’ (I think), which is a low-carb, non-fat milk made from veggies; I tried a bit and it’s actually very similar to soy milk, except a bit thinner in texture. They were too busy last time I went in to get the nutritional value table, but the guy there did mention that one of the veggies it’s made from is potatoes (which makes me wonder how it’s low-carb?). Has anyone heard of this product? Can I still have my Chai latte on Phase 2 if I use soy or skim milk or does this product sound better?
