We were given this cookbook for Christmas, but just started using it within the last few weeks. A lot of the recipes are SB-friendly, or can be converted to such very easily. And nothing is supposed to take more than 30 minutes from start to table. Caveat: they tend to be labor-intensive 30 minutes at the stove, not easy-in-the-oven 30 minutes.
When you are faced with yet another chicken breast, this cookbook will give you some new ways to cook it. And many of the recipes have variations on a "master", which encourage you to experiment. Nothing revolutionary, but it has served as a good starting point for me.

Thanks for the review (I am always interested in seeing what others like!).
