It's easier to make healthy meal choices when you have all of the ingredients ready to go & recipes ideas listed & quick to choose from.
There's no rules for how to meal plan.
You can plan certain meals for specific days,
or simply list the week's "choices."
It's ok if you don't end up following your plan; life happens.
Other bonuses include:
A less stressful early evening (you KNOW what you're going to make).
Money savings (less eating out).
Fewer trips to the food store.
Won't you give it a whirl?

Here's another thing I do....
SAVE my meal plans from the past (I email them to myself & put into a separate "meal plans" folder). Later on you can refer back to them for effortless future meal plans!

Start weight: 188/Current weight: 135.5/Goal weight: 130

Here you go all planed out! LOL! Gee did I mention I cl on the MAM board! LOL! So this is a weekly thing I do anyways!! Only way I can go to the grocery or I buy junk!!
Sunday ~ Crockpot pulled pork Fajitas (from SB archives) side of black beans and rice and a side salad
Monday ~ Marinated Steak Kabobs with pepers and onions on the grill, stuffed mushrooms (from SBD) and a side salad
Tuesday ~ Sea Scallops steamed over a bed of Spinach, side of rice for the boys and a salad
Wednesday ~ Sirloin burgers (no bun) Fried Zuchini sticks, roasted aspargus and salad
Thursday ~
I am going to work on this later today, but at least I know what dinner tonight will be.
