Ginger-Spiced Cucumbers

This sounds like a great recipe {courtesy oh BHG magazine}
Ginger-Spiced Cucumbers - P2
1/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar
1/4 cup mirin (sweet cooking rice wine)
1/4 c brown sugar (substitute Splenda)
2 tsp grated fresh ginger
1 large english cucumber, peeled if desired, sliced thinly
1/4 c thinly sliced red onion
Combine rice vinegar, mirin, sugar and ginger. Stir in cucumber and onion slices. Cover and chill 30 min.
