Creamy Herb Vinaigrette

I believe this is fine for all phases but I might be wrong!! Whoops if I am, I'm having it on my salad at lunch!!
1/3 Cup rice vinegar (I just use reg vinegar)
1/2 tsp olive oil
2 tbsp nonfat sour cream
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp Nature's seasoning
1/2 tsp Mrs. Dash onion and herb mix
1 1/2 tsp dried basil or 6 fresh basil leaves
2 tbsp Italian parsley
Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Calories 28.9 for 1/4cup
Total fat 1.17 grams
Saturated Fat 0.16
This is from one of my fav diet books from the past "C'mon America Let's Eat!" by Susan Powter!! At the time I didn't have the will power to stay on this, but the food was pretty good.
