It's easier to make healthy meal choices when you have all of the ingredients ready to go & recipes ideas listed & quick to choose from.

There's no rules for how to meal plan.
You can plan certain meals for specific days,
or simply list the week's "choices."
It's ok if you don't end up following your plan; life happens.

Other bonuses include:
Star  A less stressful early evening  (you KNOW what you're going to make).
Star Money savings (less eating out).
Star Fewer trips to the food store.

Won't you give it a whirl?

Here's another thing I do....
SAVE my meal plans from the past (I email them to myself & put into a separate "meal plans" folder). Later on you can refer back to them for effortless future meal plans!

DH & I plan a dinner menu for the week the Friday before. Makes grocery shopping a breeze! I don't plan breakfast, lunch, or snacks - I go by my mood, so I keep a variety on hand. Lots of salad, lunch meat, FF cheese, celery, hummus, string cheese, dressing, cilantro mayo, alouette light, eggs, turkey bacon, etc etc.

This week's dinners:

Sunday - Tuna with Garlicky Green Sauce (under Recipes), roasted asparagus

Monday - SBD Grilled fish with Rosemary, steamed artichokes w/light mayo

Tuesday - Pork with Mustard Sauce, roasted asparagus

Wednesday - Chicken Breast with Feta, salad

Thursday - Braised Chicken with Mushrooms, roasted zucchini & onions

Friday - Cookout - I think I may just have a burger with
