Be sure to feed it to DH/DF/BF/SO because you will both be pretty full of it, LOL!! Not only is this easy, but it has a really pretty presentation. Try a steamed veggie for a side since this has oil in it.
This recipe originally was supposed to be served with wasabi mashed potatoes, which are good, but who really needs them anyway? ;) As listed below, this is even good for P1...
Seared Tuna w/Garlicky Green Sauce (from In Style magazine - adjusted slightly, serves 6)
3/4 c fresh parsley
1/2 c fresh cilantro
2 scallions, coarsely chopped
*minimum* 2 large cloves garlic (we use 3 or 4, LOL)
2 T fresh lime juice
1 T white wine vinegar
1/2 c + 2 T canola oil, divided **
S & P to taste
6 tuna steaks, ~6-8 oz, ~ 3/4" thick - sushi grade if you can get it!
Toss all ingredients except oil, S & P, and tuna into a blender - puree. Add oil slowly until blended. S & P to taste. Set aside.
Season tuna with S & P. In a large skillet, heat ~2T oil over high heat...add tuna, sear to your liking, turning once. Remove from skillet, let sit 3 minutes. Thinly slice and arrange on a plate (I do a fan shape). Drizzle with sauce and serve.
** Oil is to cook tuna in, and to help blend garlic sauce. I don't generally use this much - it's a little high for SBD & for my general use. Just make sure the sauce blends smoothly and the tuna doesn't burn!

Thanks for the share Amanda!
