My friend Jamie sent this recipe to me!  :)

baked sweet potato chips

Servings |  4
Preparation Time |  10 min
Cooking Time |  18 min
Level of Difficulty |  Easy

snacks |  Homemade chips will liven up all of your parties and family get-togethers. If leftover chips become soggy, put them back in a hot oven for a few minutes to crisp them up.

Ingredients

1 large sweet potato(es), peeled
2 tsp canola oil
1/8 tsp table salt, or to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF. Spray 2 baking sheets with cooking spray.

  2. Thinly slice potatoes in a food processor or by hand; they should be no more than 1/8-inch thick.

  3. Arrange slices on baking sheets so they don’t overlap. Brush with oil and sprinkle with salt. Bake chips until they begin to lightly brown, about 15 minutes. Cool on a rack and serve.
