Hey there SBDers, I was wondering what some recipes are that make good dishes that I can feeze and pull out anytime to defrost and eat. I tried "Maggies Chilli" and it worked well for freezing. Any others? I'm on the 3rd phase, so any phase recipes will be good. --I like to mix it up a little (to balance out all of my cheating...lol)

thanks in advance! carlly

I guess I should be able to answer this one! LOL! I cl the Make ahead Meal board. Really anything you already like and make you can freeze.

I've also been thinking of asking you if you mind if I add a SB section on our MAM website. We already have WW friendly recipes. So I thought SB friendly recipes could be helpful to all. We alway's have someone ask what they can make and freeze that is healthy. Now I'd have the answer. Just let me know and I'll start getting that ready to go.

Here's another one:

Make some meat sauce to freeze in meal-size portions. I use ground sirloin and home-made tomato sauce, but you can use the jarred kind (just watch out for added sugars). I spoon it over spaghetti squash for me and DH, the kids have it over pasta - which is their FAVORITE meal!

What I'll do is start going thru the archives and reposting them with freezing instructions and credit's to the MAM board. Then I'll post them to our website. I'll also give you ladies the website address.
