Summer Cole Slaw!

Here, by request, is a summer recipe. Enjoy! Goes great with fish or turkey burgers.
I love coleslaw -- such a nice break from salad every now and then!
Here's what I do.
Slice 1/2 head of cabbage and about 1/2 a vidalia or sweet onion.
Whisk together:
Lite Hellmann's mayo (about 3 big glops)
About 2 tsp dijon mustard
Juice of 1-2 lemons
About 2 tsp splenda
Some FF half & half (a few T) or plain nonfat yogurt to adjust consistency
salt & pepper
Mix all and enjoy. Allow it to sit a few hours if possible, as cabbage kicks off fluid and makes it even better.
