It's easier to make healthy meal choices when you have all of the ingredients ready to go & recipes ideas listed & quick to choose from.
There's no rules for how to meal plan.
You can plan certain meals for specific days,
or simply list the week's "choices."
It's ok if you don't end up following your plan; life happens.
Other bonuses include:
A less stressful early evening (you KNOW what you're going to make).
Money savings (less eating out).
Fewer trips to the food store.
Won't you give it a whirl?

Here's another thing I do....
SAVE my meal plans from the past (I email them to myself & put into a separate "meal plans" folder). Later on you can refer back to them for effortless future meal plans!

Tuesday: Taco Salad w./ black beans
Wednesday: Chicken Capri

Sunday ~ Sirloin burgers, sweet potato french fries and fried zuck's
Monday ~ Chicken with Cajun Creole with brown rice and cuke onion salad
Tuesday ~ Lamb gyro's with trek sauce in WW pita's, left over sweet potato fries and a greek salad
Wednesday ~ taco's in ww tortillas served with pinto beans, black beans and homany for the boys
Thrusday ~ Pork chops on the grill, mixed veggies, stuffing for the boys, clean out frige veggie plate and salad
Friday ~ Chicken with pecan cream & mushrooms over spaghettie sauce, pasta and galic toast for the boys
Saturday ~ What ever I get fresh from the butcher.
