without a food processor??? I don't have one and really don't have much of a need for one. Is there any way to make the SB califlower mashed potatoes without one?? I have a hand held food chopper, would that work??

thanks,

Sue,

If you microwave the cauliflower long enough so it's really soft, I'm sure you could make them in the blender or else use a potato masher. Enjoy -- these are wonderful!

I just make sure it's soft enough, and I use a fork. It works just fine, and saves me having to wash extra dishes.

i steam the cauliflower but then put it in the oven and cook it with some cheese on top for awhile with some bacon bits and butter, it tastes really good and has a nice texture.

Samantha,

Be careful with the bacon bits and butter, both are high in Saturated fats. Can you use turkey bacon bits?
