and have no clue what to do with them, LOL!!!! we don't usually eat fish (dh hates salmon) and I've never cooked any fish before so I figured I should start with frozen.

I love lobster and crab but no idea how to buy/cook them either. :(

Any great yet easy fish recipes out there????

Thanks!

You could try to marinate it in some legal ingredients.

Get a George Foreman grill, and your life will be good.

Defrost, sprinkle with lemon juice and Mrs. Dash, throw on the grill for 5 minutes and yell "Dinner".

Susan, they are called whitefish fillets. It was the only frozen fillets I found besides salmon. Its not that we don't like seafood, I just never make it at home. I am more of a shellfish girl, love lobster and crab. :)

I really need to learn how to cook fish at home. In time I guess!

I will give it a try on a night I know I have some SBD friendly leftovers in the fridge just in case, LOL!!!!

Thanks for the input!!! :)

Grilling is good.

The amazing grilled salmon with rosemary recipe from the book - there are instructions for broiling I think.

This is a REALLY yummy/easy recipe (you can use flounder or sole too)
