I've seen it at Target for about $18 and at BJ's (like Sam's) for around $15. I need another cookbook like I need "another hole in my head." If it's really good I'll buy it, but if it's just so-so, I think I'll save my money. We really like some of the recipes from the regular book - like the dilled shrimp were great! But I do use my regular recipe book, just avoid some of the ingredients.

I agree with Susan. I haven't bought the book yet and still have plenty of recipes to use. I've printed out most from this website, and I, too, have started a 3-ring notebook with them. Also, you can go onto www.southbeachdiet.com and sign up for the daily emails "The Daily Dish" at no cost -- many times, they are new recipes from the book.
