I had a cauliflower I've been meaning to cook and decided to see if it could be grilled since we were making grilled rosemary salmon (from the SBD book - soooo good!).  Boy is this a winner!

* Grilled Whole Cauliflower *

1 whole cauliflower
olive oil (recipe said butter)
seasoning of your choice
aluminum foil

Wash and take the greens off the cauliflower.  Drizzle with olive oil and place on large piece of heavy duty foil.  Sprinkle with seasoning of your choice...  I used Lawry's seasoned salt today, will try garlic/salt/pepper next time.  Grill over medium heat for 30 minutes.

What I love the most is the ease!!!  I didn't have to chop it up into a zillion pieces.  No mess.  Would be great to then mash or use in soup.

how do you chop it up after it's been cooked? or does it fall apart into pieces by itself?

Susan

this sounds awesome!!! Just one question, do you wrap the cauliflower in the foil or just cook it on top of the foil on the grill?

Thanks, can't wait to try this!

Wrap it all up - - it steams itself.
