Fudgesicles...

The only sugar free fudgsicle I could find in any grocery store is a "Carb Smart" one with splenda (made by the Klondike bar folks)... They have 100 calories and 7g fat (calories per gram: fat 9, carb 4, protein 4 - don't know what that means). Seems like there has to be some regular brand of sugar free out there and I'm just not seeing them! What are all of you eating? Help! I had a friend make her own out of sf/ff chocolate pudding - put it in popsicle molds and freeze - but I'll do that as a last resort.

Thanks,

Rebecca

The ones I bought are "Fudgsicle" No sugar added - 45 calories each. I bought them at the regular grocery store. I want to say they aren't the brand I bought the first time, but I don't know what they were. Also look closely at the box. The nutrition info says that a serving is 2 pieces. I only eat one at a time.

They are in a yellow box--"Fudgesicle" brand no added sugar.

I get mine at Kroger, and they are kept with the regular fudgesicles, not with the low carb ones. I've seen them at virtually every mainstream grocery I have ever gone to. Keep on looking!

Also--I think there was another post under "Chit Chat" about it--and one of the CL's posted a picture of the box. Do a search up at the top where it says "find Messages about"_________

Good luck!

The fudgesicles are exactly "sugar free", so maybe that's throwing you off.

Have you looked for the "no sugar added" kind?

Lori

I couldn't live without those fudgesicles!

Listen, girls, I live in Florida and we have a chain of stores here called Publix. They have a no sugar added fudgesicle that is OUTA SITE. You gotta taste it to believe it. It is dark chocolaty flavored and is very satisfying. It's 50 calories each stick and very well worth it. So, if you live in FL try it, you'll like it. I PROMISE.

We have Publix in Alabama, too. Are the CarbSmart products allowed as well? I know Popsicle brand now has a box w/3 no sugar added kinds in it: Fudge, Popsicles, and the Cream ones too. Yumm!

Hi Rebecca,

Everything everyone else said is right, but to save money, my store (Kroger in Michigan) has its own brand of no sugar added fudgsicles. They are just as good as Fudgsicle brand ones, but they are packaged in twos, not individually. So I have one and wrap the other one up as best I can in the wrapper! It's a bit of a pain but worth the savings.

Good luck!

Becca,

Our Kroger has their own brand, too. But they seem to have sort of a skin over them even when fresh. I've tried several boxes with the same thing. So I went back to the Fudgesicle brand.

Where in Michigan are you? I'm in Brighton.

I have trouble just eating one. Now I have my dessert before dinner and it seems to help that- oh, I'll just have one more syndrome!
