Tried the Peanut Butter cookies

They were very easy to make.
I used the first recipe posted, but used only 1/3 cup Splenda and baked for 8 minutes (mindful of the "very crumbly" comments)
They were---fairly good. On a scale of 1-5 I'd give them a 3.5.
Still a little crumbly, sort of chalky taste. I'm hoping they improve with freezing. They were also really small--even though I knew they wouldn't somehow "grow" to be the big, chewy peanutty delights of my former existence!
Quite acceptable on the whole. I'll make them again! 2 of those with a cup of LF milk will certainly help my snacks out!
