Is there anyway to make this at home? Preferably with a store bought crust? I miss it.

Ok, got ya. I didn't understand.

I'm suprised more people didn't try it and comment. I'll let you know how mine comes out but it sounds good. I love Pizza Hut thin crust so this sounds right up my alley.

Amy, you are going to love it. You'll never go back. I use LaTortilla Factory whole wheat tortillas. Not sure what stores you have but I have found them in Albertson's and Fred Meyer. They also have the garlic and herb and sundried tomato ww tortillas. What's best is they have 14g of fiber and no saturated fat. Most of the ww tortillas I run across don't even come close.

I will sometimes brush on olive oil and my seasonings and put that in the oven first. Once it's crisp I add my sauce or lf ricotta and toppings. I find the turkey pepperoni right next to the regular pepperoni. I also use the lr turkey bacon like Rebecca. You can basically made any kind imaginable. My dd loves them, especially because she makes hers herself and the whole pizza is hers to have.

Ok, I had this for lunch on July 4 and it really was good!

I think I overloaded it a bit tho. Also my crust only got crisp on the edges. Is this normal?

This is definately a good substitution when you are craving pizza, but don't want to give in to take out varieties.

Had mine with TURKEY PEPERONI - I finally found it and it's pretty good, mozarella, a little pesto, tomato sauce, tomatoes, a little spinach, and I think that's it. Yum!

Hi Amy,

I'm so glad you liked it! There's someone who posted earlier who said she baked hers just on the rack of the oven so it gets crispy. Maybe you could try that next time.

I'll have to look for turkey pepperoni. We really like turkey bacon on ours.

Great Amy, I'm glad you liked it. I usually bake mine w/ a little olive oil and garlic and itallian seasonings on the rack first until just about crispy. Then I load up my toppings. This way it stays crispy. The sauce tends to soften it up along w/ the cheese.

You can even broil it and once it's crisp, flip it over and crisp the other side. Can't wait to see how many different varieties you come up with!

Tricia.
