Exactly how do I make the PB FF yogurt?

I did a search but I can't find a recipe with exact amounts.  Is it just 1 cup ff plain yogut + 1 splenda packet + 1T peanutbutter all stirred up?

My natural pb gets pretty hard in the fridge so I'm not sure how well it will mix in.  I bought the splenda in a bag and in individual packets.

I will try this, but I really like to save my peanut butter to go with my fudgesicle (YUM)  Before dieting, the only flavor of yogurt I liked was vanilla.  Will vanilla extract + ffyogurt + splenda taste the same?

I do 2 packets of Splenda, and I don't have any trouble mixing in the PB even though the it gets hard. I actually like to leave a little not completely mixed in.

My DD who is 7 likes my "homemade" vanilla yogurt better than the premade. I think it tastes just the same. For that one, I use 1 packet of Splenda and 1/2 t of vanilla.

Hope this helps.

I bought the one they suggested here. It's Smucker's Natural. I like the creamy, but I think most people here like the chunky. Just make sure you mix it really well when you get it home, then refrigerate it. I like it on granny smith apples too.

I use about a heaping teaspoon (that you'd eat with, not the exact measure) of peanut butter and put it in the bowl. Then add a big scoop of yogurt and mix together til it's creamier, and then add the rest of the yogurt. I add one packet of Splenda and it's plenty sweet for me. If you're on P2, try adding 1/2 a banana and some crushed peanuts on top. Mmmmmmm!
