Very berry-orange muffins - did not use dried cranberries as all had added sugar.

Wholesome oat muffins - did not let oatmeal and buttermilk sit 30 minutes

Also I couldn't find any brown sugar substitute so I found this - 1/3 cup splenda + 1 Tablespoon SF syrup + 1 teaspoon SF syrup. (I found it online and then figured it out for this recipe.)
This morning dd age 7 was over at the counter thinking about what more to get for breakfast. "I can't decide between a bagel (from the grocery, white flour) or a muffin (the 2 recipes above)." She came back to the table with a very berry-orange muffin!
Then after breakfast, since I still had buttermilk and I like the wholesome oat, I made those again. I also noticed that we had 2 brownish bananas. I added those before you add the oat mixture and mashed them in. Bake as normal. (It took 12 minutes this morning.) DH loved them! The girls both agree! "Make them again!" (With the bananas) I figured since bananas are legal now, someone might want to know how to use them up!
