I am looking for the Laughing Cow cream cheese recipe that has been talked about here...thanks soooo much in advance !!!!
Hugs,
Nancy :-)

This is copies from Maggie's post about the shortage of Laughing Cow. The next is the link she added for where she got her started on the "spread kick"
Every week now, I make a tub of spread. I use 16 oz. of Lite soft cream cheese (I use 50% reduced fat), 8 oz. fat-free sour cream, and beat together with my mixer in a bowl until smooth. Then, I add either finely chopped pre-cooked turkey bacon, chopped lean ham, or both. I add some shredded 2% sharp cheddar, a little dehydrated onion, pepper, a little salt, and dill weed. That's the basic recipe, but I vary it. I have added chopped black olives, sometimes a little garlic powder. You can get creative with this recipe. :)

Hope this helps.

Hi Nancy, this cream cheese spread recipe is really yummy and the texture is nicely spreadable and dippable!
