Good dressing for spinach salad

Anyone have a good recipe for dressing for spinach salad? The one I use has lots of sugar so I am looking for a SBD version instead.
Thanks,
Susan

Here are some of my favorites:
Sesame-Soy Dressing
2/3 cup
Description
Green tea cuts the saltiness in this soy sauce-based dressing. You can also use it as a dipping sauce or as a sauce for fish.
While not a recipe per se (I don't have exact measurements), here's my approach to spinach salad (thanks to ideas I got from others on this board):
Mince a couple cloves of garlic. Sautee in some olive oil with about 4 pcs. turkey bacon (Louis Rich), diced. Don't throw away the oil. Note: you can also throw in some pine nuts or sliced almonds, if you want, and brown with the garlic and bacon.
Meanwhile, clean spinach & put in salad bowl. Or do like I do and open a package of prewashed baby spinach -- much easier!
Toss spinach with oil/garlic/bacon mix. Add some balsamic vinegar to taste.
Add some goat cheese -- a few clumps-- and a diced pear if you're in P2 or P3.
Serves 2 generously as main course.
Enjoy!
