Well since I don't eat eggs and many people have posted they want something other then eggs in the morning..

how about this.. and I don't have a name for it yet..

Combine

Fat Free Yogurt

Dry mix-

Uncle Sam cereal - But I am sure any dry south beach friendly cereal will work

Cinnamon + Splenda. I used 1 pkg splenda and pinch of cinnamon for one serving

chopped walnuts

Blueberries or strawberries - I had both but liked the blueberries best

You can really play around with it. You can either mix the cinnamon and splenda right in to the yogurt then add Uncle Sam, Blueberries and nuts on top. Bur I usually just add the fruit and dry mix right to the top.

When adding the splenda and cinnamon just add to your liking..

If I know its going to be a busy week, I just prepare the Uncle Sam, cinnamon, splenda and walnuts ahead of time. I am even take it on vacation with me to Florida next month.

I have also had the dry mixture and fruit on whipped topping as well for quick snack. I even made a fudgsicles sundae with it. I put the fudgsicle in a bowl with a little whipped topping and the mixture and fruit sprinkled on it. To really make it look like a sundae, try sugar free chocolate syrup.

Enjoy.. I hope you like it !!

** this is for Phase 2 and up.. If your on phase one wait to add the fruit and cereal

I want to add my endorsement! I had this for breakfast this morning (I used Uncle Sam's and blueberries) and it was really good. Will definitely bring the ingredients along when I visit my family next weekend.

I actually made it for people I work with today, they are not on the South Beach lifestyle. But they ask me about it everyday at my break. They all loved it !!
