I bought the ingredients and then read we should only have a TBSP or 2. Is that true? Just for P1?

mbrmar - i bought the crystal light that came in the little quart sized containers and i didn't want to use just one tsp out of the package so i put the whole thing in. It was a bit too strong and very sour. It was still very good but I think it would have been much better if i had put what the recipe said so i would advise against using more than that. live and learn :)

by the way, has anyone tried making the cheesecake with unsweetened cocoa powder? just wondering if this would be any good, i love chocolate anything but i'm afraid to try it myself.

I think we should have a board challenge.... ask different groups to try a different flavor and report back!

Fat-free sugar-free pudding is okay in phase 2.

I have Redi-Whip in a can. Not sure how to do this without the tub. I think I'll try a couple of mini ones in custard cups and see how that goes. Any suggestions appreciated. How much can you eat on P1?

I made it without the crust and it was really good. I used lemonade crystal light and put the mixture into a bowl with a flat bottom. I used it as a topping over raspberry sf jello....delicious. I like the idea of trying it with cocoa powder!

Just to be 100% (since too much cheese has been known to create stalls) I'm going to post the recipe and ask the nutritionist!

FYI, The Ricotta Cheesecake is delicious -- seems to me it would be more SBD-friendly. I think Maggie posted it.
