Sesame Ginger Asparagus - P1

I was flipping through my SBD cookbook while I was already eating my lunch, and decided to make this on the spur of the moment. It was so easy! (for exact measurements, see the cookbook. I'm a throw stuff in the pan kind of cook)
Cut up a bunch of asparagus, boil it lightly for a minute.
Heat up canola oil in pan.
Toss in a bit of chopped/grated ginger, a splash of soy sauce, and the drained and cooked asparagus. Stir fry for a minute.
Top with red pepper flakes and a dab of sesame oil.
Yum!
