Black Beans with Tomatoes and Onions
Serves 1
Ingredients
1/3 cup black beans
1/2 tomato, chopped
2 tablespoons chopped onions
1 teaspoon olive oil
Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Add the onions and saute until soft. Add the tomatoes and black beans and cook until heated through. Serve.
