Chicken, Black Bean, and Roasted Pepper Salad

Description
Hint: This make-ahead salad tastes best if refrigerated overnight to allow flavors to develop.
Ingredients
1/2 package(3-ounces)grilled chicken strips, diced
1/2 (15-ounce) can black beans, drained
1/2 cup drained, bottled roasted red peppers, cut into strips
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/2 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoons tarragon vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Mix well until completely blended.
