PB cookies were great!

So, I tried the PB cookie recipe that was posted here the other day by Susan, I think it was her. They are very very good! Who thought you could get away with having cookies on this diet and they don't even count against your sweet treat calories for the day! They go towards your nut servings. Anyways, this is what I did with one of my PB cookies and it tasted so good! Top SF Choc. pudding with a dallop of Fat free whipped topping and then crumble one of the PB cookies over the top of it. YUM! It was a very good dessert. These cookies are very "melt in your mouth crumbly". Anyone who reads this needs to try them! I am going to paste the recipe below for anyone who missed out on it. Also, I was thinking that you could probably make the cookie dough and then bake as a crust in a pie dish and then top with pudding and cool whip, does that sound good or what? I bet it would make an awesome crust! Well, anyway, thanks for the wonderful PB cookie recipe Susan.

There are actually 2 pb cookie recipes (you can find them by going to "find message about," above. I tried the one with vanilla & choc. chips and it was awesome -- the way I figured it is, vanilla & chocolate chips always make things taste better. Just my two cents. I put mine in the freezer -- makes an awesome dessert on a hot day to grab 2 frozen cookies . . .
