Yummy! Stuffed Mushrooms

About 12 med size mushroom
2 cups fresh spinach
1/4 part-skim mozzerlla
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. basil
parmesian cheese
1 tsp. olive oil
In a covered pan with some water cook the spinach. Pull the stems off and wash the mushrooms while the spinach is cooking. When the spinach is done, dump the water set the spinach on a separate plate to cool. In the same pan, add the oil and the mushroom caps to sautee (about 5 minutes or until somewhat soft). When the spinach is somewhat cool, add the garlich powder, pepper, salt, basil. Chop the spinach with the seasoning (this will mix everything really easy). Add the mozzerlla. Arrange the musrooms in a cluster, stem side up touching. Top with the mixture. Top with the parmesian and cover for another 5 - 10 minutes on low.
