Peaches and Cream Omelet

8 ounces light or FF cream cheese -- softened
8 eggs (substitute eggs work well)
pinch salt
1/4 cup light cream
1 packet slpenda
Filling:
2 TBS butter
(I use Olivini margarine instead. I guess smart balance spread is ok)
1/3 cup peaches (stewed) -- chopped
Combine all ingredients except butter and peaches in a bowl. Beat until
smooth. Follow Basic Omelet recipe. When omelet is ready to turn toward center, spoon peaches onto center for filling.
