I found this on the SBD site recipe message boards:

 

I discovered this recipe when doing Atkins.... and LAnnB helped me make it more SBD friendly. It is an INCREDIBLY WONDERFUL substitution to satisfy those pizza cravings. I can't wait to try the meat crust one for a change too, bet it's at LEAST as good as this one.

Deep Dish Pizza Quiche

Ingredients: 4 ounces Cream cheese -- Softened(nonfat cream cheese)
4 large eggs
1/3 cup cream(Fat Free Half&Half)
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 cups Pizza cheese
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup pizza sauce(Ragu has sugar free pizza sauce, must use sugar free, or make your own)
1 cup mozzarella cheese(low skim)
Toppings to taste (lots of fresh veggies, turkey pepperoni, cooked lean ground beef, BOCA Italian sausage, etc...)




How To Prepare: Beat together cream cheese and eggs till smooth. Add cream, parmesan cheese and spice.


Spray 9" or larger glass baking dish with oil, Put 2 cups pizza cheese in dish and pour egg mixture over it.

Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until eggs are set.

Spread on pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese and favorite toppings. Bake until bubbly and browning. Let stand 10 minutes, serve.

Make sure to adjust carb counts for your favorite toppings.

NOTES : Counts for pizza cheese not included in totals.

Since this is ancient I would guess most of you that haven't been around for quite a while probably haven't seen it. I thought about it and had to search for it so I thought I'd give it a bump while I was here.
