It's easier to make healthy meal choices when you have all of the ingredients ready to go & recipes ideas listed & quick to choose from.


There's no rules for how to meal plan.
You can plan certain meals for specific days,
or simply list the week's "choices."
It's ok if you don't end up following your plan; life happens.

Other bonuses include:
* A less stressful early evening
(because you KNOW what you're going to make).
* Money savings (less eating out). 
* Fewer trips to the food store.

Here's another thing I do....
SAVE my meal plans from the past (I email them to myself & put into a separate "meal plans" folder). Later on you can refer back to them for effortless future meal plans!

SUNDAY=Salad with Flavored vinegar, Grilled Portabella caps with chorice stuffing on a bed of Pink Beans. Baked Peach with spreadable fruit.

MONDAY=Salad with Flavored Vinegar, 2 BBQ Turkey Sausages with sauteed tri color peppers & onions with a little tomato sauce. 1 sl Plum cake.

TUESDAY=Salad with flavored vinegar,Eggplant Parm.over 1c WW Spaghetti.Fruit/Yogurt Parfait.

WEDNESDAY=Salad with flavored vinegar, 4oz. fish fillet( don't know yet)on Lima & Black beans. S/F ice cream

THURSDAY=Salad with Flavored Vinegar, Stuffed Zucchini over 1 c soy beans.Berries /Yogurt

FRIDAY=slald with flavored vinegar, 4oz. fish fillet(Salmon)1/2 c carrots 1/2 c brocolli

Dessert chocolate flavored soy milk

SATURDAY=Salald with Flavored Vinegar, Bosca chic'n Chalupa,with Green Beans Ole, and zucchini saute. Fruit/yogurt Parfait.

Monday (Labor Day - barbecue) Barbecued chicken, grilled asparagus & salad - Phase 1


Tuesday - Shrimp w/ tomato, avocado & basil salad - Phase 1


Wednesday - Picadillo Soft Tacos, black beans & salad - Phase 2


Thursday - Turkey and pepper Mousaka & salad - Phase 1


Friday - Seared Sesame Tuna, Seaweed Salad & edamames - Phase 1
