OK I found 98% Fat Free Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup. The Nutrition Facts are as follows:

Calories 70 (per 1/2 Cup)

Fat - 2 grams

Sugar -1 grams

Protein - 3 grams

Carbs - 10 grams

I know the next problem with Cream Soup is the Flour used....the ingredients are as follows: Chicken Stock, Wheat Flour, Cooked chicken meat, modified food starch, cream, water, contains less than 2% of the following: salt, sweet cream buttermilk powder, chicken fat etc.....

This sounds like it's south beach friendly.....am I missing something??

Here's the nutritionists response to someone's question about a recipe that contains this soup:

I don't have the can with me at work, but if it contains greater than 5 grams of fiber in 1 cups does that mean it's OK? I know they recommend homemade, but will this work in a pinch? It meets the surgar requirement and is even made with whole wheat flour (which is what really shocked me).

If you're in phase 2 or 3 I would say go ahead and use it in a pinch and/or occasionally. :)

I hate to disappoint you, but it isn't made with whole wheat flour. The label you pasted says "Wheat Flour" which usually means white flour. It just means flour made from wheat, as opposed to rye or buckwheat or something. If it was whole wheat flour, it would use the word "whole."
