I figured it was the perfect time of year to share this recipe. It is so yummy and so enjoyable on a cool fall day. ;)

South Beach Hot Cocoa

8 oz. 1% milk

1 1/2 TB unsweetened real cocoa

1 1/2 TB Splenda

Heat milk. Stir in cocoa and Splenda until dissolved. Enjoy.

Thank you for this - all the sugar free hot cocoas I found have too many calories (don't want to waste 50 "sweet treat" calories on one cup of cocoa. Til now, I was wondering what to do this winter.

The powdered cocoa mixes also have trans-fats (hydrogenated, partially-hydrogenated), another good reason to avoid those.
