I make this every couple of weeks for dinner. This crust is so good. I posted a WW pizza crust once before that wasn't as good. I've been experimenting with different recipes and this crust is by far the best tasting.

Whole Wheat Pizza Dough

1 package yeast

1C warm water

2T Splenda

2T Oil

1/2 t. salt

3 C. Whole Wheat flour

Dissolve yeast in water. Let yeast mixture stand for 10 minutes to start fermenting, then stir well. Stir in remaining ingredients, adding enough flour for a stiff dough. Turn out onto a floured surface and knead about 5 minutes, until smooth and elastic. Place in greased bowl, turn dough to grease all sides. Cover with a towel and let rise in a warm place about 1.5 hours, or until doubled in bulk. Punch down and divide in half. Put each piece on a greased 12 to14 " pizza pan and push up the edges forming a rim around the outside. Spread dough with pizza sauce and add toppings. Bake at 425 for 15 to 20 minutes or until crust is brown.

(I didn't split the dough, I just put it all on one cookie sheet pan.)
