My mom and I made this a week ago and it is fantastic rolled up with sliced turkey. Enjoy for Thanksgiving.

SBD Friendly Cranberry Sauce

1 Bag Fresh Cranberries
1 cup water, plus 1/2 cup warm water (reserved)
1 cup Splenda
1 pkg. plain gelatin

Combine cranberries, Splenda, and 1 cup water in a pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Remove from heat.

Dissolve 1 pkg. plain gelatin in 1/2 cup warm water, stirring until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Stir into hot cranberry mixture. Let cool. Refridgerate.

***Note--You can also add lemon and orange zest and/or chopped pecans to the sauce if you like. Its really good that way, as well.
