Pizza Loaf (All Phases)

Pizza Loaf:
1.5 lbs extra lean ground beef or turkey
1 egg
1/2 red onion diced small
3/4 cup rolled oats (omit on phase one)
salt and pepper to taste
basil and oregano to taste
If you like it spicy, feel free to add some of Emerils seasoning
4-6 oz marinara or other tomato sauce (contadina has 1g sugar)
1 6 oz package sliced mozzarella (I would use less cheese, but that's just me)
1 tbsp dried cilarnto
preheat oven to 350. mix ingredients (other than the cheese) and split into 3 parts.
In a meatloaf pan put layer of meat, then layer of cheese, then meat, then cheese and finish with meat on top.
bake about 30-45 mins until done
Top with marinara
Great to serve with a side salad.
