Casseroles? Feeding a Crowd...

I have to make some food for a friend who has had a loss in the family.  I will be making a lasagna, just because I know they all like it (I found some whole wheat lasagna noodles - but don't want to make *them* the guinea pigs - - maybe I'll make one for us as the same time, using those noodles?  Hmmm).

Anyways - Just thought I'd ask you all to share the SBD recipes you make when you want to feed a crowd.  Casseroles and such, anything really.  What do you say?

Please include recipes and phases!

Susan,

If those are the Hodgson Mill WW lasagna noodles then try the "classic lasagna" recipe on the box.

Changed my mind, made a double vegetarian batch of split pea, bought them some crusty olive oil bread, and will give them one of my quiche.
